AN ANONYMOUSLY SOURCED REPORT AT TMZ SUGGESTS THAT SOUNDGARDEN SINGER CHRIS CORNELL MAY HAVE BEEN USING OTHER DRUGS BESIDES HIS PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION ATIVAN SHORTLY BEFORE HE COMMITTED SUICIDE EARLY LAST THURSDAY MORNING IN A DETROIT HOTEL ROOM. SOURCES TOLD THE WEBSITE THAT CORNELL HAD “OBVIOUS” TRACK MARKS ON HIS ARMS WHEN HIS BODY WAS DISCOVERED. ALTHOUGH CORNELL HAD A PAST HISTORY OF DRUG USE, HE HAD REPORTEDLY BEEN CLEAN AND SOBER SINCE 2002. THE RESULTS OF TOXICOLOGY TEST ARE PENDING AND WILL REVEAL WHAT, IF ANY, OTHER SUBSTANCES WERE IN HIS BODY AT THE TIME OF HIS DEATH.
