Cage The Elephant will head out on a special set of “Live & Unpeeled” acoustic tour dates in April, where they’ll be accompanied by a string quartet. According to Loudwire, guitarist Brad Shultz said about the upcoming shows, “After our recent acoustic performance at the Bridge School Benefit, we wanted to share this intimate experience with our fans and take it on the road. We plan to add in a string quartet to make it really cool.”

  • The band’s first ever acoustic tour will start on April 10th in Escondido, California and hit major cities such as Los Angeles, Sacramento, Washington D.C. and Nashville, where it will conclude on April 30th.
  • Tickets go on sale Friday, March 10th at noon local time, with VIP packages and ticket upgrades available.
  • Cage The Elephant is supporting its fourth LP, 2015’s Tell Me I’m Pretty. The disc was produced by Black Keys singer/guitarist Dan Auerbach.
