The full details of Korn‘s upcoming summer tour with special guests Stone Sour have been revealed, following the leak of a few dates last month. The “Serenity Of Summer” trek will kick of on June 16th in Salt Lake City, coming to a close on August 2nd in Cleveland. Stone Sour will appear on all the dates, while support from June 16th through the 25th will come from Babymetal, Yelawolf and Islander. Warm-up acts from July 19th through August 2nd will include Skillet and Ded, with Yelawolf still on the bill as well.

Fan club and VIP ticket packages go on sale Tuesday (March 7th) at 10:00 a.m. local time at Korn.com, with promoter Live Nation starting its own pre-sale on Wednesday (March 8th), also at 10:00 a.m., and other pre-sales taking place on March 9th. Remaining tickets for all dates will go on sale to the general public on March 10th at 10:00 a.m. local time at LiveNation.com.

  • Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor told us what he likes most about doing summer festival-style tours: [“You get a bunch of great bands, a bunch of people that you know — it’s basically like going to a traveling summer camp and just having a blast, man, and just doing your best to support everyone, and just having a really great time. At the end of the day, if you’re not having a good time, then you might as well just be punching a time clock somewhere.”]
  • Korn is touring behind its 12th studio album, The Serenity Of Suffering, which came out last October. The track “A Different World” features a guest appearance from Taylor.
  • Stone Sour’s new album, Hydrograd, will arrive in June, just in time for the launch of the tour.
