Motley Crue singer Vince Neil has revealed that the band is returning to the studio to record four new songs. In a Thursday (September 13th) post on Twitter, Neil wrote, “Exciting news! I’ll be going back in recording studio in a few weeks with the boys to record four brand new Motley Crue tracks! Rock On!!” Neil’s remarks come just two weeks after a picture of Crue bassist Nikki Sixx and drummer Tommy Lee was posted on the band’s Facebook page, along with the caption “28th August 2018.” Appearing with them in the photo was longtime Crue producer and collaborator Bob Rock. The group has yet to make an official announcement about where and how the four songs will show up and whether there is the possibility of more new music beyond this.
