Puddle of Mudd‘s Wes Scantlin was in court twice last week to deal with two separate legal problems. The first case related back to the singer’s 2016 vandalism charge for damaging his own former home, which he lost to foreclosure. Scantlin was offered a plea deal and ended up taking it, getting three years probation and having to pay out $40,000 in fees and restitution. His other case involved his most recent arrest, for attempting to board a plane with a BB gun. Scantlin pleaded no contest and is facing 20 days of jail time for that one. He’s also banned from Los Angeles International Airport unless it involves traveling for work.
