Llamas are all the rage nowadays, and the guys in Fall Out Boy say it is because of them. The website Refinery29 recently published an article titled “Apparently, Llamas Are the New Unicorns,” pointing to data from Pinterest showing that interest in llama-themed items and food, such as home decor, cakes and cookies, has dramatically increased. The campaign surrounding Fall Out Boy’s new album, M A N I A, has been centered around two life-sized, anthropomorphic llama puppets – and the band is more than happy to take credit for the spike in llama interest.
